Roles & Permissions
Control what users can access and do with role-based permissions.
Default Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, can delete workspace |
| Admin | Full access except ownership transfer |
| Manager | Manage projects and team |
| Member | Standard user access |
| Viewer | Read-only access |

Assigning Roles
- Go to Settings → Users
- Find the user
- Click their role dropdown
- Select new role
- Changes save automatically
Custom Roles
Create custom roles:
- Settings → Roles
- Click + New Role
- Name the role
- Select permissions
- Save
