Roles & Permissions

Control what users can access and do with role-based permissions.

Default Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access, can delete workspace
AdminFull access except ownership transfer
ManagerManage projects and team
MemberStandard user access
ViewerRead-only access

Permission Categories

CRM

  • View clients
  • Create clients
  • Edit clients
  • Delete clients

Projects

  • View projects
  • Create projects
  • Manage projects
  • Delete projects

Files

  • View files
  • Upload files
  • Delete files

Administration

  • Manage users
  • Configure settings
  • Manage billing

Assigning Roles

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Find the user
  3. Click their role dropdown
  4. Select new role
  5. Changes save automatically

Custom Roles

Create custom roles:

  1. Settings → Roles
  2. Click + New Role
  3. Name the role
  4. Select permissions
  5. Save
