Inviting Users

Add team members to your Shorebird OS workspace by sending invitations.

Sending Invitations

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click + Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invitation

Invitation Details

Bulk Invitations

Invite multiple people:

  1. Click Invite Multiple
  2. Enter emails (one per line)
  3. Select role for all
  4. Send invitations

Invitation Status

Track pending invitations:

StatusMeaning
PendingSent, awaiting response
AcceptedUser joined
ExpiredLink expired (resend available)

Resending Invitations

If invitation expires:

  1. Find in pending invitations
  2. Click Resend
  3. New email sent
