Downloading Files

Access your files by downloading them to your device. This guide covers download options.

Single File Download​

  1. Navigate to the file
  2. Click Download button
  3. File downloads to your device

Or:

  1. Right-click on the file
  2. Select Download

Preview First​

Before downloading:

  1. Click the file to preview
  2. View images, PDFs, documents
  3. Download if needed

Multiple Files​

Download several at once:

  1. Select multiple files (checkboxes)
  2. Click Download Selected
  3. Files download as ZIP

When someone shares a file link:

  1. Click the link
  2. View or download
  3. No login required (if public)

Download History​

Track downloads:

  • File activity shows who downloaded
  • Useful for tracking access
  • Available in file details
