Invoicing
Create professional invoices and send them to clients directly from Shorebird OS.
Creating an Invoice
- Go to Billing → Invoices
- Click + New Invoice
- Select client
- Add line items
- Set due date
- Click Create
Invoice Fields

Line Items
Add items to invoice:
- Click + Add Item
- Enter description
- Set quantity and rate
- Total calculates automatically
Sending Invoices
After creating:
- Click Send Invoice
- Confirm client email
- Add message (optional)
- Send
Client receives email with invoice attached.
Invoice Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet sent |
| Sent | Delivered to client |
| Viewed | Client opened it |
| Paid | Payment received |
| Overdue | Past due date |
